Background
•Indian Railways has large fleet of LHB coaches and they are plying all over India. •Overhauled Period - After every about 18 months/ runs about 2 Lakh kms •For overhauling, the bogie needs to be completely dismantled. To facilitate disassembly and inspection of dismantled components, bogie needs to be thoroughly cleaned prior to their disassembly. •Purpose of this plant is to clean the bogies, prior to their disassembly, while they are on their own wheel, remove the deposited muck, oil, soil etc, up to exposing the bare painted surface of bogie.The dirt that bogies can present,consisting mainly of sand,grease and carbon depositeson the brake discs,our solutions for their washing have in common the use of high pressure water.
